    Hi Derek,

    Thanks again for your response..I am researching quite a lot and going to seminars to learn more about investing. I have a rough idea regarding what to do. But given I will be investing for the first time I would like to get some professional opinion before I do start investing.

    I will look into Terry's posts. I am in Melbourne by the way.. Should have mentioned that!=)

    I am researching as much I can and going to the seminars to get a better idea before making the decision. So far what I have read on NRAS seems to be too positive. But I am interested to know if anyone has anything to say against it. I don't really know anyone who actually invested in NRAS property. Have either of you invested in this scheme or know anyone who did?
