I used to use spreadsheets like this too (this one looks pretty solid btw), but I always found them a bit clunky when trying to run quick numbers on my phone.

A friend of mine is actually building a simple app called Propsnap for that exact reason — it helps calculate ROI and cashflow quickly, no Excel needed. I’ve been testing it out and it’s been pretty handy so far.
