<p>Cheers for including your thoughts on this dilemma. I believe the appropriate term for option (a) is &#8216;Rentvesting&#8217;</p>
<p>My choice is more in line with option (a) at current moment. Steps are underway for professional advice as everyones positions are very different.</p>
