3bedroomhome.com.au – For BuyersIf so, give Nicky a call on 0450 905 807. If you'd prefer something in the north or east of Adelaide, then give Michela a call on 0411 366 661

Information from google searches on web page reveal it no longer exists but cached search data is still present.
info above provided in a sub link down the page on http://radaris.com.au/p/Nicky/A/  (may not be same Nicky) but the link on the related search data (listed above) was definately related.  so we have 2 names and numbers.

I would at this point caution you, their twitter profile was removed, their website was removed… essentially anything online that might be used to track them down was purposfully removed (instead of left to sit there un-updated). it might not be a good idea to do business with someone who has done so, there is always a reason behind this

number is still active see links below

I would add that in these cases :http://www.asic.gov.au/asic/asic.nsf/byheadline/Registers?openDocument#companies is an invaluable tool, for taxation Australian companies must obtain an ABN, if they dont have one then do not engage with them.

not sure if this will help —- i was told that my son could only  borrow up to $70,000  for a home loan and he would qualify for the FHOG he would then become part owner of the property – told any other way can become a legal nightmare

well their Twitter account has been removed, used to exist though.
Located a picture of her on the twitter profile, may have more useful info on the site
    http://twittercounter.com/NickyMarten

however with the picture you stand a fair chance of finding her on facebook if there is an account
If you have any other info at all , associates, place names, business name / office location, suburb , also misc data including emails from them in the past, additional data can be used to narrow things down.

just ask Engelo on here about my searching skills :)

    http://www.whitepages.com.au/resSearch.do?subscriberName=Marten&givenName=N&location=Adelaide+SA&expandTo=BOOK&refinement=true&refinementType=ResExpandRegion&page=1

No results for an N Marten in the Adelaide region, always possible it was  a pseudonym , cannot locate on facebook either, or they may have moved interstate / gotten Married .. like i said more info required :)

hi want a good area to buy in Adelaide outer suburbs around  goolwa – victor harbor  house prices fantastic safe areas to live low crime growing fast about 1 hour from city lots of NSW and VIC people now call these areas home or have holiday homes or investments i have lived in Perth and Sydney and Queensland out of all of them Adelaide i love the most and will be very sad when i have to leave ADELAIDE has a raw beauty i have watched wild seals play from my back yard these are areas that investors should buy into you can buy a house anywhere in  any state and make money so why not buy in an area that will not only make you money but will give you a lifestyle that people will be envious in years to come

Yes, could be done but would be very costly and you would probably need a prospectus lodged with ASIC.

    Also many tax issues.

hi water level never a problem went down a bit but  all the lagoons are very very deep
their are more younger families moving into the marina and what a great life style to raise children in  and when the yacht club is built what a great lifestyle it will be  for big kid's as well
when i first moved to the marina not a lot of homes lit up but it now looks like a lived in estate
home prices are good and i find that people sell and either down size or buy a bigger house in the marina  so i guess that tells you its not a bad place to live in and as time goes on and it grows it will only get better and more exspensive

hi( unhappydays ) did you know that you local charities will help you with accommodation also help  move your furniture for a small fee and lots of times for free but you must call around to the differant  charties group or ask you local centerlink office  they can help you as well even the local churches .i do  understand your position some people dont have a spare dollar for moving but if you stay you will loose your bond and thats money you can not afford to loose  (katelea) first do a little research find out what your local charities can do. and  if you have the problum  of your tennents not being able to move out on time. then you can tell your  tennents of their options they will  have no reason or excuse not to move

nothing wrong with real estates i had one and i was happy  i had my stroke just after i signed up and in that time my agent left and my listing was given to the other agent. that agent only wanted to sell cheap homes so he could make a buck.  so for 7 weeks i was unable to keep track of what was going on when i was able to contact it was only by sms the stroke has affected my speech and  my new agent didnt  want my house because it was in a higher price range and he had to work at selling it so thats why i wanted to know the best site to list  my house
