Thank you, what you have just spoken about is true life. It seems ridiculous that governments try to put monetary value on all the beautiful things you talk of, it does not compare. If 50% of the world’s population had the understanding you show here, it would honestly be a different place. Thank you.[angel]

sold, bought, bought, selling, selling, selling, buy, buy ,buy, buy heaps

just sold one and bought two more with the profits
a reno goes on the market next week
one cash flow and add value should be sold within the next fortnight.then we are going to buy as many as needed to reach our residential pi goals by the end of summer.
we’re freeing up our capital as we have just rethought a new strategy that will get us to our goal in a lot less time. could be perceived to be high risk but we believe the planning is bang on.

    Like Nigel said
theres deals about in fact we see them everywhere and this is definitely the time to be spying for them as there seems to be less buyers now, which is good for us. add values and cash flow though as waitin for capital appreciation could be lengthy

    kia ora mai
i would like to suggest to you putting an ad in the local paper of the town/city you are lookin for a property in. we have done this and it has proved very successful. there is also a trade and exchange booklet which as far as i know is sold as a local booklet along the entire east coast of both islands that is very popular which is free to advertise in. contacting the local citizens advice bureau would be a good source to find the contact details for these.
    hope this helps
