indicators of exit could include the life of the mine as well as economic factors and demand for the mining materials and health of the mining company

i guess with these reports, you still have to go out here and actually find properties first… only after you've found good properties, then i guess the reports would be useful

hey nooob. there are some research companies in OZ that help you invest in positive cash flow properties, but they are not agents and they don't get a commission, just a flat charge.. i'll PM you the one I use

yeah, I think we still need to know some more info before giving you some ideas to help you – especially whether you plan to turn your first as an investment property too, and what your personal needs are for your own home

i would strongly suggest to actually contact the state goverment. Their contact details would be on the state gov't webpage.. they're very helpful with questions about the first home owners benefits

there's different kinds of vendor finance…
I've seen alot of deposit finance deals, however, very few vendors will vendor finance the entire price of the property – and if they do, they charge a high interest rate

It definitely seems like someone really does need to step in and take action. I'm not too familiar with Obama but have been informed by some of my American chatmates that it's a bit tedious having to deal with Obama's programs.

I agree that Gladstone would be an idealistic area to invest in. Actually, Gladstone could be a wonderful investment opportunity. It seems like a convenient investment.

Of course, the US real estate market could be dropping much more than expected. Yet, it sure does seem to be getting better, especially if more wise investors start incorporating drawn-out plans for investing in property.

Yeah, the home loan product does look like a total ripoff. Why would someone want to give them more money than what is needed to make a decent profit?

I totally agree with Noooob. The purchase should remain secretive. The only individuals that should know the purchase price of the home is the buyer and seller.

Do you have any good information about real estate in Memphis? My chat mate was thinking about buying an investment property there.
