Todd, I would not go with this company. Like it was mentioned before, it is not any address on the website, it is a big red flag for me. Second, all houses advertised are definitely not in states like California or New York. If you are interested in investing in small town America, then you might check it out, if you are interested in investing in…[Read more]

First, you need to decide what kind of property you want to invest in. Is it commercial or residential? Where do you want to invest in property? Prices range from city to city. Make sure that you have enough down payment for a property you choose and, of course, do research before buying a property. Not every property will give you a positive cash…[Read more]

Greed is everything, Businesses exploit its workers. Yes, they take all the risk, but still they should pay a decent salary to its employees. True socialism is hard to achieve. I do not think any country has ever build a true socialism.

Just do it as a rent rebate and you should be fine. Let your tenants know that for the all inconvenience they will get a rent rebate.

You have to check your contract, like previous posts suggested. The contract is a legal binding document and all detailes need to be written there. It has to be some sort of agreement about a spa.

I think you first need to wait to get your settlement and then depending on how much you get decide where to invest and in what kind of property. About your age, I do not think that it is ever too late to start property investing, especially if you have a good plan:-)

I recommend you to get a permanent residency first and then consider investing in property. Immigration services can deny you a permanent residency card and then you will be forced to leave.

I know several people who think that they know better just because they have been in the field for over 30-40 years. It is often not true. I know plenty young investors who are more knowledgeable than the ones who are older and have been in the real estate longer. When those type of people give me an advice trying to put me down, I listen to them…[Read more]

I do not think it is too late, but I would recommend you to get in touch with a bank loan representative to see how much money you would be able to borrow at this moment to get a new property. Also, I recommend to look into under value property. Often you can find great investment deals to get positive cash flow buying under value and then…[Read more]

I would also recommend investing in duplexes or 2-3 bedroom middle size houses somewhere in QLD. Would you like to invest in Australian property only or you consider foreign property investment as well?
mattsta replied to the topic Worth looking at 1 bedrooms?? in the forum General Property 13 years ago
I personally would not buy 1 bedroom apartment, I do not think they are good investment. I always invest in 2-3 bedroom houses or units. Those properties give me the highest cash flow.
