*CANCELLED* Gold Coast Property Networking Group Meeting – Thursday 22nd February 2024

Hi to all Queensland based property colleagues,
It’s time for our next Sunshine Coast Property Group meeting, next Tuesday 22 July 2014; for those of you who are new to the group, we’re a friendly, supportive bunch and everyone is welcome to attend. We have everyone from those who are excited yet nervous about entering the realm of property investing, and others who have been investing successfully for many years – and of course, every level in between.
There is a minimal cost to attend of $10 per person to cover venue hire, and you get a property magazine upon entry. Plus of course, tea, coffee & quality bikkies!

Richard Clemmey
Richard is an action taker, and that’s why this deal has come to fruition. After some diligent research on the Sunshine Coast, Richard managed to find the ideal block of dirt for a duplex, source a great builder and then ticked all the right boxes to access funding.
I’ll let Richard share all the juicy details but needless to say there were plenty of twists and turns. If you’re thinking about developing duplexes, make sure you are in the room for this one!

I am reassessing the Gold Coast Property Networking Group meeting this week. I am in two minds whether to continue this event due to the time and cost involved for me to run it.
We will likely do quarterly meetups starting late February but I need some convincing that there is demand on the GC.
The Brisbane Property Networking Group is growing fast so its almost worth bussing people up to the Brisbane event each month!
