    Hi RussH,
You learn from people or books/tapes then do research and then ask professionals about your plans. Also with your personal judgement on situations.[wha]

If anyone is to start going on the road to riches, you have to look at the option on how to be rich and even financially free.

John Burley become rich on wraps through partnerships!

I like what you are typing and also looking for people to invest with.

Cold truth is if you don’t have a good amount of money in reserve and may the banks will only let you borrow a some amount, you need to consider other option to add or become the prime source of capital.

John Burley talks about partnerships and how to make sure that there are no misunderstanding on that subject.

I keep thinking how would you go to start investing(real estate) on a less than 28k salary a year.
We have to start somewhere. It’s like the game monoply, 4 green houses and one red hotel.[worried]

    Hi Jaffasoft,
Where are you located? And are you wanting only to talk about investing or also doing some investing?. I live in Sydney.[bonjour]

Who wants to get creative around Hamilton? Who wants to meet and make a group around Hamilton and get creative and talk about ideas about investing in property?

So here the situation so far:
-Have a little under 7 thousand in savings.
    -Low income
-Has credit card payed off every month.
    -Buys very few dodads!
-Knows what details to look at in target market
-Has been procrastinating for 4 years!
-Has money in stocks, more than a few thousand
-Has met with some who likes property investing and has 3 under the belt.(I know that person is reading this and I’m not saying anything bad about you!)
-Wish to invest in areas outside N.S.W and N.Z
    -Thinking about partnership agreements
    -Knows about 50/50 liability rule
-Wants to stop talking about it and start doing something about it!
    [cigar][confused2]
That it in a nut shell!
I feel as the average joe.(who is not flashy but has substance)the more succefull they get that most don’t want to have a bar of the rookie investor who is taking the first steps to freedom.
But saying that there are those who are good Samaritians.
It seems to me that those who give out sincre advice don’t get enough credit , and I feel I would like to say to all those who do help, those who have taken the steps, trully you people are fantastic!

So please keep up the good work and maybe soon or one day soon, I can help people who have trouble or question on real estate investing![biggrin]

I invite people who have experience with partnerships and starting from near the bottom (just about the dole bludgers and people who are entitled to the dole). So I can maybe partner up as my salary is (more than 20,000 and less than 29,00)with someone like the person I talk about earlier. Or I can find a small property that makes sense in all area in the range of $30,000 to maybe $60,000 by myself.

Please comment, as I’m but a hummble and novice investor.

    Thank you!
I wish to invest in areas outside N.S.W. Like north Queensland and N.Z.
But maybe I should do it as a partnership, but not a 50/50 as I’m not able to do so.

So I think that partnerships are one of my options and the other is to look for properties around the 30 to 50k mark. And yes, I know about looking for vacancy rate, population, council and businesses in the target market. And also unemployment rates.
So basically if I can find and purchase the propety around that price range![baaa]

I have been checking the details of areas I’m interesting in and have met someone who has a couple of deals under his belt. (I know he will be ready this post!)

Looking at finance in general and setting up a partnership agreement. I don’t have a high salary or anyone else who can at this time invest with me.

So please give your feed back on my situation typed. As I’m educated in investing in general, but a little gun shy and lack practise in the field.[cigar][confused2]

Look, I Have low paying job. And I want start out buying property. I don’t have enough to buy a property. But I have a small amount in savings.

I’m looking to go to the avenue of partnerships. I know there is this 50/50 risk when you become partners.

There are few I know who are interested and even fewer who can at the moment.

It is frustrating because I know I have a limited set of funds available, but I want to FREE!

And I need to start a plan.

    Hi,
I have read this book, it is all common sense. As we all know common sense is not common practice. We all know internally but lack conviction and strenght to do what is need.
1.Be proactive 2.Begin with the end in mind 3.Put first things first 4.Think win-win 5.Seek first to understand, then to be understood 6.Synergize 7.Sharpen the saw
That is off the top of my head the 7 habits of highly effective people.

I wish that now I had fully internalised it’s rules.
    Thanks for the recap.

    To interested investors,
So we’re serious about buying property, though I’m concerned that no repy to my idea[:O]. I know it seems scary[8)], but we have got to make a move to start. Investing in real estate is geting more and more difficult due to the rise in prices[xx(].

I think if we can meet, put our heads together we can come with an attack plan. I will take note of the people who have drop their email address, so I will try to contact those who volunteered it.[B)]

May a one off sunday in cafe or some place where we can start to get together. It can be difficult with children and other commitents, but if you choose freedom, it might be the key.

    Thank you for reading![:P]

    Hello Steeve,
You typed about a group of some kind. In this group can we talk then act on acquiring properties, that way we can buy more properties with less mortgage and more postive income.[^]

We get everybody that has indicated that they are interested in investing together, and ask them to tell us when they are available. [8)]

Then we get each other’s email addresses (What they feel comfortable giving to the soon to be assembled group.)And then contact numbers if every thing goes o.k. Then we meet in the cbd (In sydney, for those who where wondering which city)

Next we find out where we all are financially (obviously not too personal in nature). We outline goals each of our goal individually, then as a collective.[:P]

Then we find places/area to invest, then decide what type of property i.e, house, townhouse, unit etc.It could be a combination of all three or it could be more the mind boogles![;)]

We together decide on a plan of accountability on all members of the group in terms on financial comitment and/or people time into the project.
Hopefuly it would also include wilingness to do further deals down the track. Which would mean some sort of contract between all members of the group as to what role/s and functions negotiated to customise the different levels of time allocations and financial resources at hand to put in each venture.

As this would be the intial stages, we would all like to gain each others trust and hopefully honour our commitment to financial freedom.[8D]

    P.S
We need to start the ball rolling a.s.a.p because December is soon and most if not all real estate activity at this time is practically non existant.

So we need to be ready when the market starts pumping in early Jan to get some if not alot of deals early.[8D][8]
