My understanding from your answers is that there is only one way to find out the &#8220;best&#8221; solution: crunch the numbers with each broker&#8230; and go in the details &amp; fine prints!<br />
So far both of them have provided me with hand drawn sketches of the proposed structures, but nothing more detailed yet.
