<p>What needs to be done on the house is; kitchen, carpet, paint and polished floorboards.<br />
We will be installing the kitchen and painting ourselves.</p>
<p>Gardens and other maintenance around the house can be done as we go along.</p>
<p>But just doing those few things at the start will greatly improve the house.</p>
