. I actually have had some excellent dealings with the Positive Real Estate crew – Sam Saggers and Jason Whitton the founders of Positive Real Estate are v knowledgeable in property investment in Aus – and I particularly admired them, as when faced with many a rebuttal from me (as I can be quite cynical at times) I found them both willing to discuss any particular questions I had in person ….which is what I relly appreciated about them – the fact you could chat to real people at all times and that I could work throughmy particular financial situation and attain one on one support. Me and my partner have been members for a few years and have worked ourselves into a quite comfortable position to say the least through many of the strategies they worked out with us – to suit our particular situation – mostly low risk – positive cashflow and high yield deals or force value in any market. I actually love mentoring – love the community of investors I can socialise with, love the positive support and particularly love the access to the property deals – so to Leo or any inquisitive investor – maybe approach Sam or Jason and ask to go along to a mentoring night for free to decide for yourself. For me – it is always a new experience and a real eye opener…I am always learning about new and exciting property deals. The buyers agency btw is second to none.
