    Hi Simon
Id love to get in contact with a few people in Perth, if you know of someone to contact I would be greatful. I met a few through Cashflow 101 site but it doesnt seem to active.
I’ve got many great ideas and insights from this forum site but most people are from the eastern states so its dificult to talk shop with someone unfamiliar with the current market.
For example, Perth is still booming but I understand a few states like NSW, Qld and Vic are in a bit of a slump (or recovery) at the moment.
    Keep up the great posts
    Cheers

Not trying to be a wet blanket – I am genuinely interested?

I know of many groups of like minded people who meet monthly to swap ideas etc. Melbourne, Perth, Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane all have one that I know of.

Non profit groups run by the members – nothing is sold or promoted.

Drop me an email if anyone is interested telling me which city you are in and I will let you know who to speak to.

    Cheers,

    Hi David,
I’ve been looking at Kal for a few weeks now and was glad to find your post. I have had a bit of trouble finding a dedicated property manager out there as most just want to sell to the booming market. Do you use a property manager?
I’ve also seen a few commercial properties out there for sale. Have you noticed many vacant commercial properties and if so do you think it is because of an oversupply or just investors taking profits?
I’d love to hear a locals point of view.
    Cheers

I have a detailed investment property spreadsheet that may help with formula setup. Im not sure about the accuracy of the stamp duty info as some of the rates have changed in the last few years (although, you can alter them on the “Data” sheet). If you want a copy to play around with email me at [email protected] and write “IP Calculator” in the subject bar.
    Good Luck
