We have come up with putting in a normal bath along the shortest wall with a double shower &#8211; shower head on each end of the bath. The bath is going to have spa jets in it (not a heater though). This will free up room to put a double hand basin. </p>

So when we made the offer it included the property being available for viewing, and to be cleaned to a standard our Property Manager was happy with &#8211; including carpets (we learnt that lesson from the last place we bought).</p>

If you are set on managing it yourself, please protect your privacy by only giving your tenant a mobile phone number and email address (no landline numbers). We have now installed split systems.Do they take a long time to heat warm up? I much prefer split systems, they are cost effective to run and you have the option of cooling as well</p>
