I am looking for a good conveyancing agent who will negotiate a purchase on my behalf and make an offer in the Hills District area of Sydney, Australia in addition to the usual duties that a conveyancer performs that commence after a contract of sale is prepared presented.

My questions are specifically related to investing in the WA mining area:
What was your experience like?
What kind of due diligence did you conduct?
Did you buy a property in the same town as the mine? Or in a surrounding area?
Are there are hazards to watch out for?

I am based out of the US at the moment, am an Aussie, expect to be here for another 2 years or so, but I am conscious of making property investments at the right time.
