I have heard from several persons that the PMs in Kalgoorlie are really hopeless. I’m looking for one as well. Any suggestions/recommendations?

    Thanks Sean
I rang Roy Weston but they don’t manage properties, only buy and sell.

    I agree
I used to be unhappy because of this and that.
I worked as a scientist and was sick and tired of constantly applying for funding and worrying about cut-backs and low salary.
Kiyoski’s books really changed my thinking and attitudes. I took my destiny into my hands and my life completly changed. I am truly on the right side of the quadrant (B and I) and it wasn’t even hard.
So if you don’t like it, change it.

Does ANZ allow several sub-accounts? Why is it better than CBA?

    Regina

    You are incorrect.
The article in Medical Journal of Australia you have mentioned was not any study or review. They simply quoted from a review published in another journal: Ann Intern Med. 2003 Jul 1;139(1):56-70
If you actually read it in FULL the article, they say “Some good-quality cohort studies have reported an association between the use of vitamin supplements and lower risk for cardiovascular disease”
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=12834320&dopt=Abstract
They are not really saying that vitamins don’t work, are they!

This article and its conclusions is old news as they did not include any newest studies.
And they only talk about cardivascular disease.

It is true Regina that there are variety of opinins and it’s realy up to you what you chose to believe. It’s really fine with me that you don’t take supplements. But please get your facts right.

Do you know that scientific research pointed quite clearly in 1960s that supplementation with folate is absolutely vital to prevent spina bifida.
It took over 30 years for the medical professionals to recommend it. In the meantime tens of thousands of children were born with this horrible condition that could have been prevented so easily.
One of them is my friend. Her dream was to be a dancer… but she was born with spine bifida and can’t even walk. All because some people were dismissing good research for 30 years. How tragic!

    Dear Regina

Pardon me but you are obviously low on facts. Vitamin supplementation is absolute must for everybody.
Just see this last year’s article (written by eminent Harvard Researchers) from Journal of American Medical Association which is probably the most conservative, medical journal.
Here is what they say: “Most people do not consume an optimal amount of all vitamins by diet alone. Pending strong evidence of effectiveness from randomized trials, it appears prudent for all adults to take vitamin supplements.”
    http://jama.ama-assn.org/cgi/content/abstract/287/23/3127

Regarding quality – there is a huge difference as well. Quality or rather lack of it was the reason why Pan Pharmaceuticals where shut down together with 70% of supplements on the market.

Expensive urine? Basic human physiology determines that not everything we take/eat is absorbed.
The same happens with your healthy broccoli and lovely, expensive (and we do know now – healthy) red wine.

    Please get your facts right
    All the best

I agree with you. He is very “direct” but this is actually what I like about him. He says a lot of things which are factual and true, but most people don’t like to hear it and say that he is rude.
Another well known property guru who is in NM is Robert Allen. He is much more “polite” but his message is same as Kiyosaki’s.

You completely missunderstood me. I’m not talking about a MLM scam (there are plenty around).
What I have in mind is a genuine network marketing business preferably with publicly traded company.
Do read Robert Kiyosaki’s latest book.He recommends this type of business and wrote whole book about it.

Do network marketing with a reputable company.
I do and that gives me excellent cash flow so now I can invest etc.

    For Stuart

How come you think that ANZ LOC is better.
I rang them and the interest rate is 7.10% and 7.85% on the sub-accounts.And you can have only two sub-account.Both CBA and St George are around 6.5%

    Any comments?

    Dear davo70

Do you know if with any of LOC, can you have one sub-account in a company/business name.

I want to have one sub-account in joint name for “private expenses” where we would deposit my husband’s salary, one for property investment (joint name as well) and a third one for our home businesses (we have two small businesses) income/expenses.
It happens that our home businesses are under company/business names so the third subaccount would have to be in company/business names.

    Any comments

I was considering to become a client.
What put me off was that they charge $2500 fee
that is supposed to cover advise from them forever plus software. That also includes help with re-financing (which you can get free through a broker).
They also strongly recommend that you spend another $350 or so on a report on your current financial situation. You pay for your first report and the ones in the future are free.

One big negative is that there is no specific contract that speciies IN DETAIL what you are going to get for the $2500. I tried to ask but all I was getting were very generalised statements.

I love Margaret’s books but I don’t think I will become her client.

I actually did and didn’t get any answers I was looking for.

One said that he does not recommend them, another one said that I should go with CBA but could not tell me why CBA is better than St George for LOC.
I’m currently with CBA home loan tat is very inflexible (by the way I gad it arranged be a broker 2 years ago). Four month ago I wanted to convert it to LOC (CBA) and was directed by CBA to a broker. We did paperwork in early May.
Just found out (after almost four months waiting)that they lost my application. The broker blames the bank, the bank blames the broker.

I don’t think I will use a broker in the near future… or am I just unlucky?

I would love to learn which LOC with sub-accounts people use and find good.

    Barbara
