Man, you guys really hammer out all aspects of it. From my experiance from doing inner city rentals in KC it has always panned out. The reward has always won over the risk. I shoot for houses that I can buy and rehab for about 7,000. Usually 3 bed 1 bath and a lot of the time I buy failed houses of out of town investors.

I’m confused by what you are getting at? A lien is a bad thing and not having any on your property is what u want. If you went through a title company you are insuranced against fraud and old liens.

    Good for you Rosa

I am from Kansas city and love the opportunities that are available here. I have built up my portfolio from low income urban areas. As a local that truely cares about my community it is shame to see investors that are screwed over. Good luck to your future investments

When houses could be bought for about 30,000 all day long in 2008. I lived in cape coral and had to move away cause the job o had as a contractor died. There was so many people from north states that had moved to build in theses areas. It is a dead area and i wouldn’t touch it, not when u can purchase from Miami or the surrounding Tampa area. If you wanna buy, go Naples. South of lee county and at the time was the considered the nicer of the real estate.

I’m new to these forums :)

    Hello all

New to the game since 2008 and have been working in the greater Kansas city area. This forum has been a good learning tool and look forward to learning more about investors from over seas.

    Hello all @ the forum

As far as the what you guys consider as trollers as I call them. Or sprukers as u call them. It was like Frank said. You have to see your property and what you are getting for your money. If done right it can be a good cash flow and with a market that is at its bottom. It has no where to go but up. <moderator: delete advertising>

    Hello all

I was under the impression that this was a forum for over seas investments. What is the regard on opportunities in the united states?
