    Just wondering if you ended up buying through Pure Property Investment? I am looking at buying through them and would love any feedback you can give me :)

    I just wonder how accurate the data is that realestate.com and Domain.com provide, or where they gather this information from?

    Do you do any research into predicted capital growth?

    Thanks for the advice, I think that will be my next step – have a chat to a broker and get my current property valuators to see what I can leverage.

    Thanks guys, there just seems to be a lot of hidden agendas behind a lot of a ‘advisory’ Companies! I’ll keep doing my Research!

    Sorry, completely misread that. I’m not really sure yet, also why I would like to get some advice. I really have no idea where to start when it comes to researching suburbs etc.

    To start with I think I’d like to stick with residential houses. This is why I would like to get a plan together and seek some advice.
