    It’s all depends on the way as you’d develop so i think this time you just need to get the information and idea from other about the development as someone said above there you should make you balcony bigger for putting a table there and several chairs. So try to have this kinda more info then think about what will be suitable for you?

    I’m sorry but i don’t know about the short sale process enough and how it’d work for you to solve your problem but one thing that’s about th houses if these houses are been trashed then whoever gonna buy, You’ll have to give it up. anyway about the short sales process you’ll surely get the info soon.

    Until you’d get older i think you must continually studying about the real estate and having knowledge about the market because it’ll be so helpful for you when you’d start investing, It’ll work for you as your experience. And when you’ll start it you’d have knowledge about all the markets and previous info of the real estate industry, So you could get ideas before investing anywhere about the benefits.

    Hey mellissac,
    In all this matter everything is nice for you to take nay decision but There was only one thing that’s actually about the loans that you’ve got and i think you’ve mentioned above there it’s 3. so why not it’s an issue?
