									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Not on residential, but on commercial.. If you plan to invest the best scenario is the get a porperty with a tennant who must stay on or get a property with multiple leases. So if 1 departs you can still afford interest.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Matt, Older people are the best to talk to. Perhaps if you do not have a tennant yet it might be best to seek one with an interest in gardens. I did this and the tennant ended up making my IP look better than when I brought it. As they took ownership of the garden becuase they could share their knowledge with me and watch it grow.good luck.</p>
