This news is a good reminder to those buyers out there who are not very careful when it comes to this matters.

One of the best things in life are free as everybody says. Thanks, Steve.

Thanks for listing them out. I have read this one – Ordinary Millionaires by Jim McKnight and it really has made a great change in my life. If you haven't read of that book yet, now is the perfect time.

My friend in business has one but I'm not sure if he'd sell it though.

I totally agree with M.r Investigator. The free ones really suck. I tried it and it didn't go well as my expectations though it wasn't for my business.

Could be a competitor or he could be the ones telling the truth. Either way, it's not how to determine the reputation of the company especially comments coming from these persons who has only 1 post.

The website is very handy or very user-friendly. I'm not sure about the WOT reputation.

And Lol @ Dubstep, looks exactly like him.

What are the benefits of Pricefinder? I'm wondering what it is all about…

Indeed. You can easily make negotiations with the person selling the property directly than through the realty company. The problem is that, you can never be sure if the price is really high or too low or something just right for that specific property according to the person who sells it. On the other hand, realty company knows well.

    PROPERTY BOOKS

All the authors you mentioned above.

    Particular books:

0 to 130 Properties in 3.5 years by Steven Mcknight is probably the best start

20 Must Ask Questions for Every Property Investor by Margaret Lomas (my absolute favourite property author, I recommend all her books)

An easier version of the above book to read is How to Find Property Hot Spots by Jeremy Sheppard (It's a free download online)

    MOTIVATIONAL BOOKS

7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey

The Four Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferriss

The Travellers Gift by Andy Andrews

Goals by Ben Tracey (Can be downloaded for free online)

Most audio tapes by Anthony Robbins

This is barely an extensive list, nor all the best started books. I think I have a couple of hundred books in my personal library ranging from free to $100's. Knowledge is a never-ending quest, I can however HIGHLY recommend you get a mentor, I consistently learn more in 1 weekend with a (free) mentor than I have ever by reading a dozen+ books.

When I have a chance I'll go home and pass along some more recommendations.

Goals by Ben Tracey and The Four Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferriss are great. You can't miss those two.

During weekends, I tend to go fishing or mountain climbing with my friends.

If I was a millionaire I'd spend lots of money just to lose my weight without going to the gym.

Depending on the location. In your case, commercial unit can be very expensive.

You said it perfectly. Some forums have very small font size which, in my case, is hard for me to read the thread.

I had that same problem too because I used to have a slow internet speed and the button wouldn't load. I agree with charles, sometimes you need to install the java plug-in in order to have it fully working.
