A battle axe block is often when you have a block that is say 800sqm and the owner subdivides the block and builds a house on the back half of the block with a driveway down the side. Looks like a battle axe. 

Basically that is the only method of making money out of property would fit this behaviour of selling and buying such an enormous amount of property.

Beware of the spruikers claiming to be wealth creation experts when they are really a sharp marketing / building companies that markets and sells overpriced houses. 

Most people looking round here i presume still want a house. I think that will change in the near future due to development near by back block is bigger so if I could only have one thats my preference I’m a bit light on for deposit ,and the house is scruffy ,so id have to top up the repayments a fair bit. 

There was a much earlier practice of applying a rough rendering over chicken wire, this was mainly for gable ends. 

You may have to contribute to a letterbox drop but not to internet/shopfront advert. You may also have to pay for a signboard – but resist the urge to pay for it.
