I am not sure if you mean Retirement Villages or Pensioner Units.The PU&#8217;s are available in Qld and have a very good return.The rent is indexed twice a year with the pension but they can be difficult to finance and you will need a substancial amount of equity or cash.Speak with your broker or banker before you go to far.</p>
