U can also inquire about brokers from his previous clients. U should select a broker who should be able to answer ur all queries and who should be aware of latest trends in the market.Above all he should be able to tell u about best suitable mortgage option for u.

    settlement fees and fees settlement is one and the same thing. This is real and final settlement statement which u have to pay
    finally at the time of closing.

    u can use the equity in home and can renovate your home as with renovation the rate of ur home will increase but u should take such a step only if u feel renovation is necessary.
