    A get together sounds like a great idea….

    Just name the time and I’ll be there. I am going to research a better location than last time however. I will have an answer by Wed night. All the best and happy researching……

    Mike and I are flying into Auckland on the 16/7 at 2.30pm. We then have to drive to Hamilton. Are their any other KA2’s that would like to share the cost of a hire car?

    Hi I am arriving in Auckland at 13.45 and have hired a car for the duration of the trip would be willing to wait for you to arrive if you would like. I however want to take my time getting to Hamilton. Afterall it’s a good chance to have a look around as we travel down.

    How about kithomes and relocatables. How quickly can one relocate and setup a house on an empty/divided section. Any addvice as to companies to go with and/or not; in the north island.

    in Regards to the above the answer is yes you can use your aus com/trust to invest in nz. Indeed an australian cannot setup a comp in nz unless there is at least one nz cit. as a director. kind a rules us aussies out ….

    you can setup a nz trust but to my undertanding is that there is little fin. addvan.

    but as always check with accountant.

    [baaa]Hi all KA2’s

    Enjoyed all the posts from all the guys (bros), at our meeting on Friday. Since we were all still at the beginning of our research in NZ this meeting was intended as just a chance meet and swap stories; nothing more.

    No one should take anything someone says or writes as gospel. He who does will fail ………eventually!!!!

    For me the most important thing to take in about this event is the importance of networking and surrounding yourself with like-minded people. I got a lot out our meeting. Most importantly I got motivation.

    There will be another meeting in the future (maybe not at Knox) and all are welcome!!!!!!!

    Some would say that Peter was pretty Lucky to come across a deal like he did. But …

    Luck favours the prepared mind. Peter my hats of to you great job!![thumbsup2]

    Hi all KA2

    The names Kay and I will be there in July. Communication before the avent sounds like a great idea. I to am from Vic/Melb/east-sub.

    I have been researching NZ for sum time and my advice is to look beyond front web sites to the agents site directly. ie not just realenz.co.nz

    I would be interested in what airfar prices people have found best I have found is $475.83 with emirates??????
