I haven&#8217;t never used buyers agents. Would be appreciated to see if someone here has experience on this.</p>

<p>I think I have a similar situation as you do. What suburbs in NSW have you been looking for land to build? I found it extremely hard to find a land with a good price in Sydney.</p>
<p>minimum size land and other development related info can be found in DCP or LEP (I think) on the council website.</p>

<p>Also wonder if I want to sell the property with the DA rather than do the development myself, how do we normally price it? What profit margin would the buyer be looking for in the current market? This is just a R2 (low density residential) zoned property in NSW. Do most developers look for Medium/High residential zoned properties?</p>
