I wish I had have looked at all the reviews on this builder, there is no way I would have bought a house in the disgusting state they handed it over to me. I also bought a house from Western Sydney Property Group only to find numerous things wrong with it. Eg not cleaned at all building material all over porches garage driveway and both bathrooms. I to bought a house from universal property group. I wish I had if looked at reviews about this builder. I am having same issues. They send out rarely repairers to do minor work, they have no idea what they are doing. My house has been built with the cheapest and defective materials. The house looks like it is falling apart.
