									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok, here goes&#8230;.. approx 80 blocks in country victoria, the subdivision will have access to the state forest, I am looking at doing an &#039;upmarket&#039; subdivision ie, nice entry, nice open spaces, etc etc. Will probably suit 2nd/3rd home buyer. Its a fairly built up area surrounding the land with alot of gum trees around. Hope this helps.
