What would be the best area to buy in Brisbane, for an investment property? I have been looking at South Brisbane. Hi all.
I am also looking for a Buying Agent and a mortgage broker. I keep hearing that Brisbane is a better city for a long term investment property (buy and hold for 20 years) than the other major cities (e.g. Melbourne, Sydney, Perth). Do you agree?
