My belief is that purpose is the most important of the three Ps. Why? People spoke of being “financially free”, Having a “BMW Z3” etc…
What use is a good car if you have no place to go, a zillion bucks in the bank if you don’t know what to spend it on. Your purpose is not the money or the cars but what you want to do with your life, how you can make life better for you, your family or the world. Mother Theresa did not want millions for herself but because of her contribution she only had to ask and any of her personal wishes would have been granted. If your purpose is strong enough, if your desire is a burning passion and you work hard every day for your end result,whatever that is so long as it is for the greater good, you will aoutomatically be granted the means to achieve it.JohnO
I bought Jamies homestudy pack 12 months ago. It has paid for itself many times over. He gives you info on lots of wealth creation strategies and, more importantly, how to acquire the mindset to apply these strategies successfully.

Thanks for all of your replies. I think the lease option is the way to go. Cost of building is $210,000 value is now $240,000 – $260,000
