I’ll be making the kitchen as I have a cabinet making business. I find vinyl wrap very durable as long as they are made right. otherwise they peel. I could go plain laminate but the IP is in a good suburb so don’t want a cheap look.

Poly is nice, but chips like hell.

As requested, here is my break down of costs for a renovation I am about to under take in December.

The IP was purchased for just under $600K, 3 bedroom weather board house on a 696sqm block, 15km to the CBD. House was built early 1960’s.

Jp, I know nothing about shares so could you explain this to me, what is the difference between the shares you purchased yesterday and going to the casino and putting it on black? Isn’t what you done another form of gambling?

You would be better off roughing in plumbing and electrical in week 2 well before painting and patching.

I’d recommend Jamie as well. currently assisting me with my loan and certainly knows his stuff and best way to structure the loans.

just think of the added traffic around werribee and hoppers crossing. It’s chaotic now, imagine once it’s developed.

If something disastrous should happen, how well can you prepare for it before hand? Do we just sit and wait for the storm to come?  Even if you sell all your assets, property, reduce debt, etc, if the “world should cave in” aren’t we all doomed to some point?

I just purchased another IP on the weekend, should i start learning how to tie the noose knot now or wait a couple months?

Hi sydey, the price looks good for cabinetry but the price for Caesar stone is expensive. Get the stone yourself from a stonemason and you should save yourself atleast $500 to $800.
