No CGT, No Agents but you reduce your non deductable interest at the same time as keeping the assets.

Our version of events is faily similar. Had major dramas securing a SS number. Acutally called and ITIN for foreigners. Took about 4 months!! and substantially delayed settlement as it is required for the deed to be processed.
