I just finished my 5 days off was trying to finish of paper work from current purchase. The 5 days off is not enough coz friends from UK was around for 4 days and need to take them around.

Will be back to work next week.

Instead of using company for 50/50 you can also use trust to do that ie. unit trust.

You can submit an offer to purchase to the vendor and at the same time you can handover the cheque to them, but you should have a clause in the offer to purchase …to be refund if not successful or whatever clause you like to add.
