you have to lodge a land tax application form. once you lodge the osr will send to you how much is your land value and the bill of course.

If my property vacant what I normally say to the PM is ‘If you can rent my property by xx/xx/xxxx date then I will give you 1 week rent. Instead of given to the tenant. This way the PM will work extra hard to date given.

The reason that I want to sale because it is heavily negatively gear. If I sale this property then I will be able to buy 3 to 5 more +ve Cash Flow Properties.
