We placed an offer on a property subject to structual pests etc etc.
Inspection found sagging ceilings in the lounge and hall.
The report stated the sagging ceilings were not a structual fault.
We questioned the report with building inspector and he checked with the relevant dept.

House was on market for 329000 to 359000 and we bought for 325000.
So you never know. We live in Perth too where the housing is still on the rise. It is what you think it is worth ?
