									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have just expereinced a similar problem.<br />
We placed an offer on a property subject to structual pests  etc etc.<br />
Inspection found sagging ceilings in the lounge and hall.<br />
The report stated the sagging ceilings were not a structual fault.<br />
We questioned the report with building inspector and he checked with the relevant dept.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We just had a offer accepted under the asking price. House was on market for 329000 to 359000 and we bought for 325000.<br />
So you never know. We live in Perth too where the housing is still on the rise. It is what you think it is worth ?</p>
