I guess that is my dilemma, that these people want to put about 50% of my super fund into a property investment, with their expectations of around 3% income, under a SMSF. Thank you all for your input and comments. One of my main reasons for getting into this forum, is that I have found it very hard to get any ‘independent’ source to get feedback or recommendations!
