great thread. i have not written a plan, but a few years ago, i made a focus 'board'. it has pictures of nice mansions, exotics, cars, beautiful holiday destinations, my family, my bsmall business logo… all the things id like my life to include.
I printed a couple copies in A1 and put one in my study and one in my bedroom.
When I wake up or am working in my study I see the focus boards and am reminded of all the things in life I want to achieve and I find it helps get me on track

ill get the name for you tomorrow, i know the guy is from around bendigo way

the transporters prepared the house to be removed, got the permit to remove the house, arranged everything with vic roads for the move, and then sat the house on stumps

my boss had to do everything else; get a building permit, arrange plumbing etc, patch cracks in plaster from the move re-tie the roof etc.

my boss is currently in the process of moving an old victorian house from moonee ponds to indented heads

i will find out the companies names who is doing the move. they have prepared the house for transportation, slid semi’s under the two halves of the house, and they leave monday morning at 3am. i can get the company details for you if you like. my boss has been very happy with them so far.

I have spoken to an accountant, he just advised I put away 20% of earnings for tax at end of financial year

no mention of the above stated 80% rule, however I do do work for myself, so could end up being 80% or less earnings from new employer

I'm more concerned on how I can get finance, I understand low-doc loan may be possible, but they are higher interested and more restricted if I am not wrong?

    Any advice appreciated
    Thanks

    thanks guys

so to transfer to a trust would definately incur stamp duty? anyone know a way around this?

is there various types of trusts? anyone have any suggestions on what the best are?

i have been informed that it may be mortgage fraud to have numerous trusts and not inform the back that i am guarantor of other trusts

    is this correct?

    thanks guys

hi, dont know much about mildura, been there for a couple of site visits as we are doing work at sacred heart primary school

i do know, that there are developers who are keen to put a big backpackers hostel there, somewhere in the order of 100 beds

we are doing a concept design for it now

    hi dsmith,

given your brief description i would estimate the working drawings to be in the vicinity of $2500 – $3000
