<p>Only a few weeks ago, so I can&#039;t comment on long-term effects, especially as we have not had any real rain in that time.&nbsp; (With&nbsp; the site management that should no longer be an issue.) The main thing I can say is that I found Mark&#039;s personal guarantees about costs, and the information he provided, very reassuring.</p>
