@nickyd – Josh Masters, myself & our other colleague Ben Weeding are all actual investors. Josh & Ben are more the “mentors” as well as seasoned buyers’ agents. We don’t generally advise our investors to buy off-the-plan, as it looks that Silvertail only specialise in, as you can compare it to a brand new car being driven out of a showroom: instant value decrease. BuySide only buys in Sydney & Brisbane so if you’re looking specifically for purchasing in South Australia, I’d look elsewhere for now. You should give buyers’ agent Josh Masters a call at BuySide. Josh was a finalist Buyers’ Agent of the Year in the REINSW Awards for Excellence in 2014. Apart from being an investor myself, I also happen to work for him! But in all honesty, he’s a great guy – well liked and well respected in the industry. Our main office is in Sydney but we purchase in both Sydney and Brisbane, with a focus on established properties for investment purposes. Josh researches and inspects all Brisbane properties he puts forward to clients and does all the due diligence for you.
