Also in less than 2 years alot of the blocks in spearwood will be zoned R30. There are quite a few old houses on 900sq+ blocks there.Just my 2 cents.</p>

If you have a good broker borrowing money is never a problem. I got my girlfriend ( now my wife) a loan of about 200,000 to build a house and she didnt even have a job.</p>

If u are in victoria simply drive from bendigo to ballarat and look at the country towns in between.<br />
