Hi Free to BeeWelcome to the forum.You could always go to another bank who is willing to lend more. CBA don't rank that high when it comes to the amount you can borrow – other lenders have much more generous borrowing capacity calculators.A broker could run a quick borrowing capacity calculation on your scenario and offer advice.CheersJamie
