    We have been getting more quotes for flat pack kitchens with the proper corners prepared on the benchs…We have currently got the best price from “Australian Benchtop Manufacturers” in Dandenong…Melbourne…..a U shape kitchen, including 3 overheads for about $2800…..

    We are in the same boat looking for a kit kitchen. We live in Melbourne and have had kitset kitchens price a flat pack for $3900, the same kitchen at flatpax is only $$2560, We do not know of the quality of either tho, …………Anyone with any other thoughts????

    Try Grays Auctions, We went on saturday, (melbourne)…ovens for $350, 4 burner cook tops from $100, ranges from $50………all reno items, say 50% of retail price.but new.

    They do other main cities too…www.graysonline.com.au

    To Susieq……..remember RK’s cashflow quadrant and in particular Rich KId Smart Kid…………I am 41 and have children, the oldest being a 19 year old!! .I hope i am not too late too a/ learn and then b/ teach our kids what we should have been taught by mentors…
    My dad believed in the “work hard” theory, he does not understand what i am doing AT ALL……………..[grrr] Al l the best, James

    Hi Gazman, i too checked my figures and have similar results but i, still new to crunching too, thought i was wrong….
    Maybe someone with more experience could clarify as i would love to know where i went wrong
