    thanks heeps for the info. Will certainly call them.
    Re PPIC just a typo should be PIC = +investment cashflow. from reading more on this site easier to put +cf. I,m only looking at the one property up there.
    what’s your thoughts on this:-
    3 BR house in Ann St. (Govt rental) lease hold with approx $1100 to pay for freehold. vendor wants $120k poss rent$200-$220 current rental $150pw with a couple of months to go on lease.
    Am I looking at the right scenario.

    Jemm,
    I live at Bracken Ridge and Clayfield is situated on the northside (Only just) of Brissy. So you don’t have to travel too much try the northside first.

    Thanks everyone,
    I will read up more thanks Derek I only have to take that first step. Currently looking to see what capacity we have to work with and so far four lenders will comfortly give $400K. I think we can start with something near us for early $200K. and see how we go from there.
