    it appears to be user-contributed but gives information which is very much in line with rentometer.

    Is anyone aware of good rental comparison US websites by any chance?

    Somewhere where you could put in the address or the suburb (with other criteria) which would bring up relative rental prices of similar properties?

    This would be a pivotal in determining the quality of a future investment..

    Would you not think that this is only presenting a further opportunity? The houses prices are going to drop even further, – however the rental demand for housing is only going to get bigger. This is good news for an overseas investor!
