<p>Comm Bank raised thier interest rates (fixed terms) by .25 on April 21 (&#8220;in anticipation of the Reserve Bank&#8217;s move&#8221;, as my personal lender told me).  I just read that St. George is the first bank to adjust its rates. Is that really so?</p>
