    Hi Baspet,thanks for ur reply, the suspicion is correct.vendor told the bathroom has been renovated in 2003, is in really goood condition no in family would have thought its 3 year old.also spoke to building inspector, he said he could not access to sub floor and thus could not tell what the extend of damage is, if any!!!the vendor has come back…[Read more]

    Got a no from the agent. he told that owner thinks its too low and that he might rent it out and then sell it from overseas when he gets a better price.
    i told, thats fine, but its risky for owner to get a almost new prop to tenants when he is overseas. agent said plans to give it to family.

    They are offering a standard variable rate of 6.99 %
    last week they mentioned that fixed rate was 7.21

    today in morning lady said that fixed will be 6.45 and later in afternoon it has increased to 6.55%

    but the current variable it still 6.99%

    do you think this change can be genuine or a way to make money from it.

    i today offered 227k saying can do quick settlement… the current asking price is offers over 250 k.

    did a verbal offer only, as thats what the agent said. plus he said the owner already turned down an offer of 245k from an lady.

    last 2 weekends.

    only us, then i stayed outside at a distance for another 5-10 mins and no one there.

    been on the market as then say for 2 months…

    will decide on this one, but can see this can be tricky

    will wait for the pre approval, mailed everything in today, so have to wait a day or 2 for that.

    but them asking 270 means nothing. check other property in the suburb or region to give you an idea, even if you are not interested in them

    As they need my full personal tax return, for last 2 years bcoz I am IT contractor. I had send them only Tax Assessment for last 2 years, so getting that document from ATO will also take 3-4…[Read more]
