    Hi there

    We have great reading material on Self Managed Super funds and it is well worth the read and you can also pick up a free booklet from the ATO which will give you some guidelines on SMSF’s and what they recon is the benchmark in funds before it is worthwhile.

    We have a great resource on our site covering SMSF’s, SMSF Faq’s, Can do and cant do’s have a look it is great read…..see how you go. You may even like to make a posing under the superannuation section of our forum

    Hi Rick

    Great idea! Lots of guys we know do exactly this but in a little smaller scale and they keep a hands on approach. They live in the house them selve’s however none of the people living in the house actually know this. It works out well, the guys who move in pay 4 weeks bond, and rent 2 weeks in advace. It is a sort of casual arragement. With each person responsible for finding a replacement when they want out, becuase that is the only way you get you bond back by getting it off the next person who moves in. It is a great little money maker, but the down side is make sure there house is built to last…..

    Hope this gives you an idea of a slightly different possible angle.

    Hi Mate

    I had the same problem. I went onto the ATO site and did not find anything but i found a company called http://www.catchmysuper.com.au who found my lost superannuation. I think it cost $55 or something minimal. I knew i had super out there!! 4k now hopefully will be alot when i need it

    Hi Guys

    We have a DIY Will kit for $29.95 which can be found at http://www.aussiefinancial.com.au it provides you will all the info you require to complete. There are two wills in every kit therefore both you and your partner can complete one at the same time. Saving you heaps on legal fees. We also have pre nuptial agreement kits, and others
