hey everyone. Great answers, thanks. Funny there are such a variety of opinions! I think I will take on oard a little of a few, and widen my range ,plus state it will depend on the property, plus give more details of what I am looking for. That should cover all bases without disclosing whats in the piggy! Cheers.

I made my first 100% profit on a little cottage not far from there a few years ago. Lovely place.

thanks everyone. And PTN: there is 4 units to be built, so the original ppor wont be knowcked down until last, giving eay 6months before I need to find new ppor.
I must admit, am still confused how this will work though. Time to research I think!

hi richard. Can you explain what you mean by:

anything above a 10% deposit makes the Contract an Instalment or Terms Contract….

How does taking a larger deposit turn it into a terms contract, & what is one?? [blink]
I elieve b/c it is a long settlement, where by new purchaser will be renting it until settlement that it may be a “terms contract” (??) anyway??[blink]

Maybe you could share your ideas on this forum to benefit everyone? The benefit you would also gain is the advice from many, not just one (drunk) mentor![biggrin]
But, if there is top shelf on the offer, you might get a better response!…..[puke]
