<p>eg. If you keep the cost under a certain amount, you don&#8217;t need to get a license for it. Sorry I can&#8217;t remember what the threshold is.</p>

<p>Personally, I prefer (fixed) interest only loans&#8230; but it would depend on the town&#8230; I&#8217;d only do it if the town were well established and not likely to shrink in size.</p>
