    He send me two books.
    It will give u some basic understanding.
    He offered 3 month support.But he went to Europe for holiday when I was asking questions.

    Hey guys,
    I just enrolled for Property options 101 by Philip Sigglegow(realestateedu.com)
    This is the first time I'm going for a property course.Will keep you guys updated.

    Good to hear you are excited and satisfied abt the course material.
    So what will happen after12 months.will they still offer some kind of support or advice?

    I'm interested in RESULTS Mentoring program.I have read Steve's 0 to 130 properties and understand each page.That book is gold.
    My query is if I join RESULTS mentoring program what additional benfit I can get?
    PS: I haven't bought an investment property so far but planning to..

    Thanks all for the quick reply.http://www.trustdeed.com.au looks like the cheapest option. Family Discretionary Trusts -$110.I'm planning to buy positively geared investment property.
    My purpose is to create a Trust with beneficiaries as my wife and a friend.So I'm still not clear which trust I need to create(unit,fixed or decretionary).The whole purpose of creation of trust is tax minimisation as my wife is not working.So I would like to create a cheap and simple one.
